1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, booking a demo, or using BR Trading Academy's website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided by BR Trading Academy — including courses, live sessions, indicators, strategies, study materials, blogs and any other materials — is strictly for educational purposes.

BR Trading Academy is an educational institute. We are NOT registered as an Investment Advisor (IA) or Research Analyst (RA) with SEBI. Nothing we publish or teach constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation, or a guarantee of any specific outcome in financial markets.

3. No Guarantee of Profits

Trading in financial markets carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or example discussed in our courses does not guarantee future results. You may lose all or part of your invested capital. Your individual results depend on:

• Your effort, attendance and discipline
• Your prior knowledge and experience
• Market conditions during your active trading period
• Capital allocation, risk management and execution decisions you make

BR Trading Academy makes no representation or warranty regarding any financial outcomes you may experience as a result of attending our courses.

4. 80% Fee Refund Policy

The 80% fee refund applies under the following conditions:

• The student must complete all sessions and assignments within the 60-day course period
• The student must demonstrate genuine effort and attendance, as assessed by the assigned mentor
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course completion
• The 80% refund is calculated on the base course fee paid, excluding any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or third-party fees

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, strategies, custom indicators, video recordings, written content and any other materials created by BR Trading Academy are proprietary and copyrighted. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any course material
• Record live sessions without explicit written permission
• Use BR Trading Academy's name, logo or content in your own offerings without authorisation
• Re-sell or relabel our strategies as your own paid course

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct during all sessions and in all communications. BR Trading Academy reserves the right to remove any student who:

• Disrupts class or other students' learning
• Engages in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Violates intellectual property rules above
• Uses the academy or its community for unrelated commercial promotion

In such cases, no refund applies.

7. Limitation of Liability

BR Trading Academy, its mentors, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed gains, opportunity costs, or any other damages incurred by students while applying techniques learned in our courses. All trading decisions and their consequences are solely the responsibility of the individual trader.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
